SCRS Annual Scientific Meeting will be held in conjunction with the GI HEP meeting (organised by GESS) from 12-13 July 2008. A one-day scientific programme will be planned with invited expert speakers. Trainees will be given sessions to present their oral papers and video papers with prizes awarded for the best paper in each of the categories. There will also be a joint symposium with the gastroenterologists on a common problem encountered in both practices and will be working towards the first position statement paper on this issue. Do keep the dates free.

Those selected for poster or podium presentation will be published in Techniques in Coloproctology provided that at least one of the presenting authors is an ECTA member.
